Send the original file at the largest size you have, straight from the camera or phone. Screenshots, images saved from social media and photos forwarded through messaging apps are usually compressed and print poorly. Sharp focus on the subject matters more than a perfect background, because the background is part of the design work.

Only if you have permission to use it. School and league photographers, portrait studios and event photographers normally retain rights to their images. You must own your photo or hold permission from whoever does.

Only with documented authorisation from the organisation that owns the mark. Clubs and schools ordering their own cards can supply that authorisation with the order. We cannot add league marks, professional team logos, celebrity likenesses or copyrighted characters without documented permission. Stampora is independent and is not affiliated with, licensed by or endorsed by any sports league, team or trading card manufacturer.

Whatever the subject has earned. For a youth athlete that is usually a season stat line, position, number and club. For a pet it might be a nickname, adoption date and a few traits. For a milestone card it is often a short written note. You supply the text, we set it into the layout.

Standard Gloss is included on every card. Cracked Ice Holographic is +$10, Rainbow Prism Holographic is +$10, and Liquid Metal Foil is +$14. Finish is chosen per card, so a multipack can mix them.

Yes, and they apply automatically by card count. 2 or more cards take 12% off, 5 or more take 22% off, and 10 or more take 30% off. The cards do not have to be the same range or the same subject.

A sealed hard display case is +$8. A sealed case with display stand is +$14. A matched printed topper is +$6. A rigid gift box with a message card is +$9. Add-ons are chosen per card at checkout.

Yes. Orders of 25 cards or more are handled through wholesale and team orders, which covers roster collection, a single approval round and one consolidated delivery. Team branding requires your own documented authorisation.

Yes. You approve the card before it goes into production. Nothing prints until you have signed off the artwork, and that approval is the point at which the order becomes final.

Timings are stated as store policy at checkout for your destination and shipping method, and any specific figures shown are provisional, pending supplier confirmation. If you are ordering against a fixed date, email support@stampora.us before you buy so we can tell you whether it is realistic.

Card stock, coating and dimensions are described in the product specification on each product page. Any specific material or dimension figure is provisional, pending supplier confirmation, and we would rather say that than quote a number we cannot yet stand behind.

You can change details freely up to the point of approval. After that, personalised goods cannot be cancelled once production starts. Email us immediately if something is wrong and we will tell you honestly whether the order can still be stopped.

Manufacturing defects and print errors are remade or refunded within 30 days of delivery. Send your order number and daylight photos of the card to support@stampora.us. Buyer’s-remorse returns are not accepted on personalised items.

Digital gift cards are available from $25 to $250 and are delivered by email. They suit anyone who wants to give the card without choosing the photo themselves.

Not yet. The store has just launched and we only publish verified-purchase reviews, so there is nothing to show. The reviews page explains the policy in full rather than filling the space with anything invented.
