How It Works
Three steps from your photo to a finished card
Stampora makes one card at a time, from one photo you own. You pick a design, add the details that matter, then check a preview before anything is printed. Most people are done in under ten minutes.
Step one. Choose a design and upload a photo
Start by picking the design that fits the subject. Youth Athlete for a player in kit. Pet Legend for a dog, cat or anything else with a name. Family MVP for a household. Celebration Edition for a birthday, a graduation, a new job, a retirement. Premium Encased and Signature Holographic work for any subject where the finish is the point.
Then upload the photo. One clear image is all you need. Camera roll photos work well when they are sharp and well lit. The uploader accepts common phone and camera formats, and it will flag an image that looks too small to print cleanly at card size.
If you are not sure which photo to send, read the Photo Guide first. Choosing a better source image improves the result more than any other decision you make.
Step two. Personalise the front and the back
The front carries the photo, a name, a title or position, and an accent colour. Keep the name short so it sits at full size. A title can be a position, a team role, a nickname, or the reason for the card.
The back is where the card becomes personal. You get a set of statistic fields and a short biography. Statistics do not have to be sport statistics. A pet card can list breed, age, favourite spot and worst habit. A family card can list the year, the city and the household size. A celebration card can list a date and a milestone.
Choose a finish at this stage. Standard Gloss is included. Cracked Ice Holographic and Rainbow Prism Holographic add $10. Liquid Metal Foil adds $14. The finishes page explains how each one behaves.
Add casing and extras if you want them. A sealed hard display case is $8. A sealed case with a display stand is $14. A matched printed topper is $6. A rigid gift box with a message card is $9.
Step three. Review the preview and order
Before checkout you see a preview of the front and the back with your photo, text and accent colour in place. Read every field. Check spellings of names, check dates, check the numbers. Personalised goods cannot be cancelled once production starts, so the preview is the moment to catch a typo.
When the preview looks right, place the order. You will get an email confirmation with the details you submitted. Keep it. If something on the finished card does not match that confirmation, it is the fastest way to sort it out.
What it costs
Cards start at $42. Premium Encased, Youth Athlete, Pet Legend and Family MVP are $42. Celebration Edition is $46. Signature Holographic is $59. A Three-Card Multipack is $112 and a Premium Gift Set is $139. Digital gift cards run from $25 to $250.
Ordering more than one card lowers the unit price. Two or more cards take 12% off. Five or more take 22% off. Ten or more take 30% off. Teams, classes and clubs usually land in the second or third band.
Before you order
- You must own the photo or have permission from the person who took it.
- Stampora is independent. It is not affiliated with or licensed by any sports league, team or card manufacturer.
- No team logos, league marks, celebrity likenesses or copyrighted characters unless you hold documented permission. Teams with their own authorised branding can use it.
- Production and delivery times are stated as store policy at checkout, not as a guarantee.
If something goes wrong
Personalised goods cannot be cancelled once production starts. Manufacturing defects and print errors are remade or refunded within 30 days of delivery. Buyer’s-remorse returns are not accepted on personalised items.
Questions about ordering
Can I change my card after I order?
Only before production starts. Email info@stampora.us straight away with your order number. Once production starts the order cannot be cancelled or changed.
What if my photo is not good enough?
If an uploaded image will not print cleanly, we contact you at the email on the order and ask for a replacement rather than printing something poor.
Can I order more than one card at a time?
Yes. Each card is personalised separately, so you can send a different photo, name and set of statistics for every card in the order. Volume discounts apply at 2, 5 and 10 cards.
Do I have to use a sport photo?
No. Pets, families, hobbies, milestones and gifts are all common. The design set covers all of them.
How long does an order take?
Production and shipping timings are stated as store policy at checkout and in the shipping page. They are estimates, not guarantees.
