Wholesale and Team Orders
Cards for a whole roster, a class, a club or an event. Minimum order 25 cards. One brief, one approval round, one delivery.
Who this is for
- Teams and clubs. A full roster set at the end of a season, with each player’s own card.
- Schools. Year groups, graduating classes, squads, drama and music programmes.
- Leagues and associations. Multiple teams handled as one project with a shared design.
- Events. Tournaments, banquets, fundraisers, award nights, corporate days.
Below 25 cards you do not need this page. Standard volume discounts already apply on ordinary orders: 12% off at 2 or more cards, 22% off at 5 or more, 30% off at 10 or more. See pricing.
Minimum order
25 cards. That can be 25 different subjects, or fewer subjects with multiple copies each, which is common when players want a card to keep and cards to hand out.
Team branding and authorisation
This is the part to read before anything else.
You can put your own club, school or event branding on the cards. To do that, you must hold and supply documented authorisation to use those marks. A named officer of the organisation confirming permission in writing is normally enough. We keep that on file against your order.
We cannot print league marks, professional team logos, manufacturer trade dress, celebrity likenesses or copyrighted characters. Foilcrest is independent and is not affiliated with, licensed by or endorsed by any sports league, team or trading card manufacturer. If your club’s badge incorporates a mark owned by a governing body, the authorisation needs to cover that too.
Photographs follow the same rule. Whoever places the order is responsible for having the right to use every image supplied. Where a professional photographer shot the team, that usually means written clearance from the photographer. For children, get parental consent before you send us their photographs.
How a team order runs
1. Brief
Email support@foilcrest.com with the organisation, the number of cards, the number of distinct subjects, your target date and whether you hold logo authorisation.
2. Quote
We come back with a written quote based on the card range, finish and add-ons you want, with the volume tier applied.
3. Collection
You send one batch of photographs and one roster sheet with names, numbers, positions and any stats or notes for the card backs. One spreadsheet is far faster than 25 separate emails.
4. Template approval
We design one card as the template for the set. You approve the layout, typography, colour and back panel once. That approved template is then applied across the roster.
5. Roster proof
You get the full set to check for spelling, numbers and photo matching. This is the last point at which anything can change.
6. Production and delivery
The set goes into production and ships together to one address. Timings are stated as store policy at the time of quoting and any specific figures are provisional, pending supplier confirmation.
Pricing for volume
Bulk orders use the same catalogue prices, with the volume tier applied by total card count. At 25 cards and above you are in the 10 or more tier at 30% off. Finishes and add-ons are priced as listed and can be applied across the whole set or to selected cards.

Fundraising sets
Clubs often order a roster set to sell on at a fundraiser. That is fine, and the volume tier is what makes the margin work. You set your own resale price. We do not publish, endorse or take a share of it, and we make no claim about what you will raise.
What we need from you
- Original photograph files, not screenshots or social media downloads.
- A roster sheet with exact spellings. Names printed wrong because they were typed wrong on the sheet are not a manufacturing defect.
- Written authorisation for any logo, crest or mark.
- One named contact who can approve the template and the roster proof.
Returns on bulk orders
Personalised goods cannot be cancelled once production starts. Manufacturing defects and print errors are remade or refunded within 30 days of delivery. Buyer’s-remorse returns are not accepted on personalised items. On a roster set this applies card by card, so a single misprinted card is remade without redoing the set.
